As Navis continues to grow, we are creating a new
position in Estonia. You will take a central role in developing and managing the financial operations of an international group and work closely with colleagues and management in several countries.
As Finance Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the Navis Group and help ensure that financial information, processes and reporting support both operational decision-making and the continued growth of the business.
You will report to a Member of the Board and cooperate closely with management, sales and finance colleagues across the Group.
This is a hands-on role that combines financial management, accounting oversight, analysis, process development and team leadership.
oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions;
manage the general ledger and supervise month-end and year-end closing processes;
ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP and other applicable accounting requirements;
manage budgeting, monitor financial performance and investigate variances;
provide management with financial insights and recommendations for cost control and profitability improvement;
monitor cash flow and liquidity and prepare cash flow forecasts;
optimise working capital, including receivables, payables and inventory;
manage and develop the finance team, allocate responsibilities and monitor performance;
support operational and sales managers with financial information and analysis;
improve financial processes, internal ways of working and reporting efficiency;
ensure appropriate financial documentation, customer payment tracking and general ledger entries.
a solid professional background in finance or accounting, including at least three years of relevant experience
previous experience in finance management or as a senior/head accountant in Estonia
at least two years of experience leading a team
hands-on experience with multi-company and multi-currency accounting
a good understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting
experience with MS Office and confidence working with financial data
a degree or professional education in finance or accounting
fluent English and professional-level skills in at least one other EU language (Estonian is an advantage)
a Category B driving licence and the flexibility to travel internationally when needed
It's a plus if you have worked in group finance, with outsourced accounting providers, or with remote teams.
The role suits someone who likes to take ownership and bring order to a growing business. You're detail-oriented but keep the bigger commercial picture in mind, and you are equally comfortable working independently and with colleagues across teams and countries.

The position can be based in Tallinn or Pärnu.
