We are looking for an experienced and innovative
SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR
with the goal of growing Stokker's sales in professional tools, workwear, industrial consumables and lubricants.
The Sales and Marketing Director will be a member of Stokker's management board, responsible for the development of the group's tool business. The role includes overseeing sales team leaders in four countries, the group marketing team, and tools product management team.
Lead the sales, product management, and marketing teams, set goals and metrics, monitor performance, and ensure a motivated and competent team.
Develop Stokker's sales and marketing strategy for the tool business to support the company's business goals and growth potential.
Set sales targets and create plans for improving sales performance.
Enhance the recognition and reliability of Stokker and the brands it sells.
Manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency of sales activities.
Develop business systems related to sales management and marketing.
Monitor market conditions, communicate with key clients, partners, and competitors.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the best customer experience.
Successful experience in managing sales teams and processes (preferably in an international company).
Strong knowledge of marketing and sales psychology.
Hands-on sales experience.
Determination, focus on results and quality, and resilience under pressure.
Analytical thinking, ability to see the big picture and creativity.
Persuasion, decision-making, assertiveness, empathy, and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in applying different IT solutions in sales and marketing.
Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Knowledge of Estonian, Russian, Finnish, Lithuanian, or Latvian is an advantage.
